Congratulations to Ian Halm, 2013 recipient of the Felix Ponder Award for Excellence!

The award honors the late Dr. Felix Ponder, Jr., a soil scientist with the USDA-Forest Service Northern Research Station for more than 30 years who combined excellence in science with deep commitment to making a difference in people’s lives.  The award recognizes excellence and contributions to the Station, the Forest Service, and our communities.
